A flax processing plant is to be built in Zolochiv district in Lviv region.
This is reported on the website of Busk City Council, informs “ProAgro Group” with reference to Kurkul.com.
“The main activity of the plant is receiving of raw flax, its technological processing and shipment to customers, who will produce ecological linen fabrics from raw materials. Besides, flax grains are supposed to produce oil”, – the statement says.
At the enterprise it is also planned to construct greenhouses and install solar batteries on the roof of the warehouses. Also the factory can be engaged in disposal of agricultural waste from all over Ukraine.
The new plant is expected to create 80-90 new jobs, but some of the villagers opposed the construction.
