Nothern Macedonia opened its market for Ukrainian feed

The competent authorities of Ukraine and Northern Macedonia have agreed on the form of the certificate for the export of wet and dry animal feed from Ukraine. The coordination of the certificate was the result of work carried out by diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and specialists of the State Consumer Service with colleagues from Northern Macedonia, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to the information of the SCS.

“The Foreign Ministry understands that against the backdrop of the tense situation, it is especially important to support Ukrainian exporters, to whom it is detrimental. Therefore we work with a great energy together with our colleagues from the State Service of Ukraine for the expansion of commodity positions for Ukrainian exports, removal of any barriers for Ukrainian goods. Creating new opportunities on foreign markets also strengthens the economy of our state and increases revenues to the state budget,” said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba.

“Ukraine closely cooperates with Northern Macedonia on many commodity items. Since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian producers of animal feed have received new opportunities for trade with this country,” – said the head of the State Consumer Service of Ukraine Vladyslava Magaletska.

Earlier the certificates for export of feed, poultry meat, meat semi-finished products, dairy products, eggs and egg products from Ukraine to Northern Macedonia were agreed between the two countries.
