Ukraine will receive polymer sleeves for storing 10-15 million tons of grain

Special equipment for temporary storage of grain crops will be brought to Ukraine.

This was told by the first deputy minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky, “ProAgro Group” reports with reference to “Ukrinform”.

“We have confirmation from international partners about the additional import of large bags that hold 200 tons and equipment for laying and unloading. About an additional 10-15 million tons of grain. We plan to start the distribution procedure in August”, – he said.

According to Vysotsky, this amount of equipment will be enough to store crops at the current rate of export. Grain can be stored in bags for 12-17 months.
