Plants of Zhytomyr oblast have finished sugar beet processing season.
This is stated in the report of the Department of agroindustrial development of the Zhytomyr Oblast State Administration, reports ProAgro Group.
“Now the season of sugar processing, which began on September 4, has ended in the oblast. Sugar beet was processed by PAT “Chervonskiy Tsukrovik” and LLC “Signet-Center”, – says the message.
According to the data of sugar refineries in the oblast, 334 thousand tons of sugar beet have been processed this year and 47,9 thousand tons of sugar have been produced from this amount of raw materials.
