Farmers in Zaporizhzhya regio throw the harvest of vegetables along the roads

At the checkpoint in Vasylivka farmers are forced to throw out tons of vegetables, which are taken for sale from Melitopol to Zaporizhzhya.

This is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the message of the telegram channel “Operative AFU”.

This is explained by the fact that the Rashists prohibit the export of fruits and vegetables from the occupied territories.

Meanwhile, the price of tomatoes in Melitopol now averages 20 UAH per kilogram, and cucumbers are sold even cheaper – about 5 UAH per kilogram.

Earlier, it was reported that some farmers, in order not to sell the harvest of vegetables to the Rashists for a fraction of the price, offer them free to families with children and low-income citizens.
