MPs have registered 11 resolutions to block the bill on the minimum burden for the agricultural sector. This is stated on the website of the VRU, reports ProAgro Group.
“To cancel the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 on the adoption in the second reading and as a whole the draft law “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legislative acts of Ukraine on ensuring the balance of budget revenues” as such, which was adopted in violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,” – say resolutions.
As Agropolit.com notes, farmers and professional associations are concerned about the new government bill 5600. According to experts, the rules of the document are not aimed at leveling the standards for all, but only at doubling the tax burden on those farmers who work legally.
In particular, by the bill 5600 the Cabinet of Ministers proposes the Verkhovna Rada to introduce the minimum tax liability for a land plot, although previously such an idea was rejected.
