Now the creation of three agro-industrial parks continues in the Kherson region. This was told by the deputy chairman of the Kherson Oblast State Administration Andriy Gradil, reports “ProAgro Group” with reference to the press service.
In particular, it is planned to create an industrial park of agroport “Red Lighthouse” in Novoraisky district with the land plot area of 15 hectares. There are plans to build a logistics complex with elevator and river terminal. The approximate volume of investments is 40 million UAH.
To create Skadovsk Industrial Invest it is planned to attract 423 million UAH of investments to Skadovsk district. It is an industrial park with three industrial sites: food industry and agricultural products processing enterprises, as well as agricultural products storage enterprises. The area of the land plot is 19,2 hectares.
The Rost Agro Industrial Park in Oleshky envisages the construction of a complex mineral fertilizer plant and a bonded warehouse. The area of the land plot is 12 ha, the approximate volume of investments – 100 million euros.
