Subjects of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have received new opportunities through the introduction of the state program of financial leasing under the program “Affordable credits 5-7-9%”. ProAgro Group reports this with reference to the information of the Ministry of Finance.
The government has recently approved the procedure for provision of financial state support to small and medium enterprises under financial leasing agreements, which defines the mechanism of financial state support to MSMEs through partial compensation of the actual cost of payment of the base fee under financial leasing agreements to the level of 5 or 7, or 9% per annum.
The advantage of the leasing form of financing as compared with the classical bank lending is the absence of the need to make a deposit, the small amount of MSME’s own contribution compared with bank lending, because the owner of the leased item remains the leasing company.
It is also important to note that the inclusion of leasing in the program “Affordable credits 5-7-9%” will not lead to significant additional expenditures of the budget, because there will be actual replacement of bank loans to financial leasing. But thanks to this, the state will create a level playing field in its program for all major players in the financial and banking markets.
