At the last day of the year 2021, a memorandum on stabilization of prices for natural gas of own production for satisfaction of needs of business entities, which produce the goods having an essential social importance was signed. In particular, we are talking about bread (rye and loaf), flour, dairy products, butter, eggs and poultry, reports ProAgro Group referring to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
Roman Leshchenko noted that stabilization of prices for natural gas of domestic production is one of the most important issues of the government, because for the last year there has been a record increase in gas prices worldwide.
Under the terms of the memorandum, the parties have combined efforts to create favorable conditions for producers who produce socially important goods in order to stabilize the price for natural gas of own production on the principles of legality, transparency, fair competition and social responsibility.
Leshchenko added that the government has set the optimal limit for the supply-sale markup on the price of domestically produced natural gas at a level not higher than 25 percent to meet the needs of economic entities whose main activity is the production of food products.
