The Cabinet of Ministers within the total amount of budget allocations provided for the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food for 2022 in the general fund of the state budget, redistributed state budget expenditures in the amount of 102.2 million UAH between individual budget programs. This is reported by “ProAgro Group” with reference to the post of the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk in Telegram.
In particular, development expenditures under the budget program “Support for farms and other agricultural producers” have been increased by UAH 100 million. Also, consumption expenditures under the budget program “Organization and regulation of the activities of institutions in the agro-industrial complex” have been increased by UAH 2.2 million.
Amendments were made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 918 dated 16.08.2022 “On Approval of the Procedure for the Use of Funds Provided in the State Budget for Providing Support to Farms and Other Agricultural Producers”, which extended the deadline for submitting an application to the State Agrarian Register for receiving budget funds provided in the state budget under the program until November 30, 2022.
In addition, the Ministry of Economy received UAH 45.6 million from the reserve fund of the state budget under the budget program “Provision of grants for the creation or development of business”, of which UAH 23.1 million – for the provision of microgrants for the creation or development of own business, UAH 22.5 million – for the provision of grants for the creation or development of horticulture, berry growing and viticulture.
