The Rashist-flagged ship Matros Pozynych has been spotted in the Syrian port of Latakia for the second time in four weeks. It arrived there with probably stolen Ukrainian grain. ProAgro Group reports this, citing CNN, which received satellite images from Maxar Techologies.
According to the investigators, the ship with the cargo arrived at the port of Latakia, in Syria, on May 27. The publication noted that it was last seen in Sevastopol on May 19 and then tracked its passage through the Bosphorus Strait and south along the Turkish coast. The vessel can carry about 30,000 tons of grain.
The last time it was spotted in Crimea while loading grain was May 19. It is also known about two other ships, on which the occupants loaded the stolen wheat in Ukraine.
According to rough estimates, the Russian occupiers looted about 400,000 tons of grain in Ukraine. The occupiers hope to make a lot of money – now the price of goods is about 400 dollars per ton, and against the background of the global food crisis, which was provoked by Russia, the price of grain will only increase in the future.
