Five more vessels with grain and vegetable oil to will leave Ukrainian ports

The Joint Coordination Center (JCC) has authorized five vessels loaded with provisions to leave Ukrainian ports on Thursday as part of the Black Sea Grain Initiative, ProAgro Group reports.

The organization specified that the vessels Jasmin Queen (9.5 thousand tons of corn), Captain Adam 1 (9.3 thousand tons of wheat) and Filyoz (4.4 thousand tons of sunflower oil) would go to Turkey. Kiran America vessel will go to China with 50 thousand tons of barley and corn. Santana vessel will carry 10 thousand tons of wheat to Italy.

In addition, the vessel Dignity (8.2 thousand tons of sunflower seeds) previously postponed its departure from the port of Chornomorsk for Thursday, September 8. It is scheduled to go to Turkey.

“As of September 7, the total tonnage of grain and other food products exported from the three Ukrainian ports is 2334.85 thousand tons. A total of 211 vessels – 111 arriving in Ukrainian ports and 100 departing from them – were allowed to move,” the release said.
