JV NIBULON has increased its own fleet of railway transport with 54 new wagons produced by the Lviv-based LLC DMZ Karpaty. This is reported by “ProAgro Group.” with reference to the information of the company.
“At the end of last year, the company expanded its own fleet of railway transport by adding 54 new hopper cars. All were received and put into operation before the beginning of the new year, so today they are actively working as intended. Such decision provides further optimization of internal logistics of the company and contributes to the development of agrosphere as a whole, because own powerful car fleet provides greater independence, which allows the company to respond flexibly and meet the needs of agricultural producers from all over the country”, – informed NIBULON.
It is noted that the construction of carriages for NIBULON was carried out by Lviv Enterprise “Karpaty” for the second time. As well as last time when the first 108 units were purchased, these are hopper cars model 19-6869 intended for transportation of grain and other food bulk cargoes along the main railway lines and along the lines of industrial enterprises. A great advantage of this particular model is the increased volume of the body of 120 cubic meters and freight capacity of 70,5 tons. Now the Nibulon wagon fleet consists of 162 units
