Danish investment fund bought 5% of Andrey Verevskyy’s Kernel shares

The founder of the investment company Lind Invest, Danish businessman Henrik Lind, acquired 4.05 million, or 5.02% of shares in the Luxembourg registered Kernel Holding SA, the holding company of the Ukrainian agro-industrial group “Kernel”.

This is reported by ProAgro Group with reference to Ukrrudprom.

The largest co-owner of Kernel through Namsen Ltd. is Andriy Verevskyy with a 39.97% stake, while Cascade Investment Fund, the beneficiary of which is a former MP Vitaliy Khomutynnik, owns 4.99% of Kernel.

Earlier, the debt enforcement office of the Nyon region (Switzerland) introduced in the Register of debt claims to Andrey Verevskyy in the amount exceeding 26.5 million Swiss francs (about $30 million), therefore his assets in this country can be blocked.

The creditor claims against the owner of Kernel were registered in Switzerland, as Verevskyy probably has Swiss resident status and real estate in this country. Official information about the creditor claims was given to Verevskyy and the company he controls through Swiss bailiffs.
