KSG Agro has leased an oil extraction plant in the Dniprovsky district of Dnipropetrovs’k region, ProAgro Group reports with reference to the press service of the agricultural holding.
The leased enterprise will process sunflower seeds grown by the company, which were grown by the holding’s crop farms, into crude oil of the first pressing.
“The lease of the SEZ will allow us to receive finished products with high added value – oil for further export to the EU countries”, – comments Sergiy Kasyanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KSG Agro.
It is noted that the capacity of the plant makes it possible to process 2.5 thousand tons of sunflower seeds per month and produce 1 thousand tons of oil. The production is equipped with modern equipment made in Ukraine in 2008.
