ELVORTI launches a program to restore agricultural machinery in the de-occupied areas

Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, ELVORTI continues to work and survive these difficult times together with its customers. From December 1, the company launches the Ukraine is brave farmers program to support Ukrainian farmers to restore ELVORTI equipment in the affected territories of Ukraine, ProAgro Group reports with reference to the manufacturer’s information.

The program will operate in eight regions whose territories were occupied during the war – Kyiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia.

The support program includes:

Defective inspection of damaged equipment at the request of the farmer.
Free repair of ELVORTI (“Red Star”) equipment directly in farms by ELVORTI service department.
Ensuring the availability of current positions of spare parts in warehouses.
If the farmer provides a photo and video description of the damaged parts and assemblies of ELVORTI equipment, the defect is carried out remotely (without a service visit). If the work on the restoration of the equipment is more complex and requires the assistance of the farmer, then the service staff will visit the farm for defecting (inspection of damaged components and parts).

Service employees form a list of necessary spare parts that need to be replaced. This list is agreed with the farmer. After the purchase of spare parts by the farmer, the service department carries out free repair of equipment on the farm.
