The coordination center for the grain corridor from Ukraine tp be established

Ukraine, Turkey, the UN and Russia agreed at the July 13 talks in Istanbul to create a coordination center to restore the export of Ukrainian grain, ProAgro Group reported, citing a statement by Turkish Minister of Defense Hulusi Akar.

“At a quadripartite meeting on Ukrainian grain, it was decided to create a coordination center in Istanbul, where representatives of the parties will be located,” the minister said.

He added that agreements on technical issues were reached during the talks. In particular, the parties discussed issues of joint control near the ports and ensuring the safety of vessels on the transshipment routes.

“Next week the Ukrainian and Russian delegations will meet again in Turkey and all details will be considered and the work we have done will be supported by a document,” Akar noted.
