Farmers lost their harvest in Kherson region due to constant shelling by rashists

In some districts of Kherson region, where active hostilities are taking place, crop farms and private farms this year not only lost the grown grain harvest, but also were not able to sow winter crops, according to “ProAgro Group”.

Thus, according to the police of the Kherson region, in the Vysokopil district, constant shelling by racists interfered with the economic activities of local farmers.

“On the territory of the Vysokopil territorial community, due to constant shelling by the Russian army, the peasants did not harvest and lost this year’s grain harvest. The sowing campaign for the 2023 harvest on land plots leased by local residents was also disrupted,” the police said in a Facebook post.

In the frontline areas of the Kherson region, it is dangerous not only to work on farmland, but also just to move around. Thus, in the village of Novovorontsovka, a local resident exploded on a mine. The man was moving along a field road on a scooter and hit a mine planted by Russian occupiers. Now the victim is in the hospital. And in the forest near the village of Novopetrivka, a 44-year-old man stepped on a tripwire planted by Russian military. The victim was hospitalized with wounds to the leg and chest.
