In Mykolayiv, Russian troops destroyed the second largest grain terminal in Ukraine. The head of EU diplomacy Josep Borrel wrote about it in his Twitter, reports “ProAgro Group”.
“Another Russian missile strike contributing to the global food crisis. In light of such reports, the disinformation spread by Putin deflecting blame becomes ever more cynical.,” the official said.
The strike contradicts Putin’s recent promises of safe passage through the Black Sea from Ukrainian ports for commercial shipping.
The port infrastructure of Mykolayiv was shelled by the Rashists last Saturday, June 4. On this occasion, without disclosing details, the operational command “South” reported:
“From the direction of the Black Sea and from Russian territory, air-launched cruise missiles attacked the Black Sea coast of Mykolayiv, ports and granaries. Such daring actions once again reveal the true intentions of the terrorist country: the pseudo-opera with humanitarian corridors and unblocking of ports is just an excuse to gain access to Ukraine’s maritime infrastructure.
